ACW Wrestler of the Month: “So Fly” Manny Lo

Manny Lo

Inspired and influenced by Randy Orton as a child, “So Fly” Manny Lo knew he wanted to become a pro wrestler. But when he discovered something different in New Japan Pro Wrestling, his previous dreams influenced by mainstream wrestling changed. He began absorbing all forms of wrestling, including Lucha Libre, British Strong Style and Puroresu.

When Manny Lo took those influences and trained at Fire Star Pro Wrestling in Greensboro, NC, he brought all of that hard-hitting, aggressive energy from his influences and made it his own, becoming known for his toughness in the ring. That’s when he caught the eye of the All Caribbean Wrestling board, and was signed to ACW.

Manny Lo doesn’t hit hard or engage in strong style wrestling out of rage, or anger. He hits hard because he loves to hit hard. He hits hard because he knows he can take it when his opponents bring him just as much aggression back. The pure expression of violence is the joy he finds in wrestling.

“So Fly” Manny Lo is definitely one to watch here at All Caribbean Wrestling. For a taste of what he can do, find his singles match against FEW Champion Jay Rios de la Sangre. We can’t wait to see him make a name for himself at ACW.

Da Russell Twins win championship gold!

Da Russell Twins win championship gold

This week on Saturday Night Vibe: In the upset of the century, Da Russell Twins have DEFEATED General Oba Zo for the All Caribbean Wrestling Tag Team Championship! Congratulations to our new champions.

But what will the fallout be, now that the General’s pride has cost Prince Agballah his gold? Will the Prince forgive his tag partner? Or seek revenge on everyone, including Da Russell Twins?

We also saw The Shogun of Opa-Locka, Bruce Cross of Saint Kitts and Nevis, defeat PAC Ortega in a brutal Breakout match.

But, perhaps most intriguing of all, Leroy Jones made his Saturday Night Vibe debut! Learning recently of his Montserrat heritage, Leroy Jones has come to All Caribbean Wrestling to dance, wrestle, and steal yo girl!

We still don’t know what a “jive guppy” is, but one thing we do know: we can’t wait to see what Leroy has got in store for Saturday Night Vibe!

The Tag Team Championship is on the line!

The Tag Team Championship

This week on Saturday Night Vibe: After Da Russell Twins said they should be next in line for the All Caribbean Wrestling Tag Team Championship, the current ACW Tag Team Champions, Nu Nation, took offense, calling the young wrestlers “little men” and boasting that General Oba Zo could defeat the two by himself.

This Saturday, General Oba Zo puts the ACW Tag Team Championship on the line as he faces Da Russell Twins in two-on-one combat. General Oba Zo has size, experience and strength on his side, but Da Russell Twins have the speed and agility of youth and their steadfast belief that God has a plan for them. Can the General really defeat the two wrestlers without the Prince’s help? Or are these two youngins

Next up we have an exciting Breakout match as The Shogun of Opa-Locka Bruce Cross takes on PAC Ortega in singles competition.

We also have the debut of someone we know you’re gonna dig: Leroy Jones arrives on Saturday Night Vibe with a bowl full of his mama’s grits and can of disco beatdown. Just what does he have in store for the All Caribbean Wrestling locker room? And what the heck is a jive guppy?

After an amazing show at Casa de Fuego in the Dominican Republic, the wrestlers of All Caribbean Wrestling are now dealing with the fallout on this week’s episode of Saturday Night Vibe!

First, after a show-stopping match against Aleah James at Casa de Feugo, Jada Stone seems ready to make a name for herself here on Saturday Night Vibe. This week she takes on Ridley Thorne in singles competition.

Due to Chayce Coleman getting distracted, Caprice Coleman and his son lost their Casa de Fuego tag match against Danny Limelight and Tito Colada. Shockingly, Chayce was later seen hanging out with Danny and the rest of the Bodega Boys crew. Will Caprice have to give up on his plans for father-son wrestling greatness, or can he bring Chayce back on track?

And you won’t want to miss this week’s epic showdown as Jay Rios de la Sangre faces Samuray Del Sol (formerly Kalisto of WWE) in a spectacular lucha libre showdown!

It all goes down this Saturday on Tempo Network! Check your local listings for your Tempo Network channel and tune in at 6pm EST on Saturday March 19, 2025. Don’t have Tempo? You can also catch the action on the All Caribbean Wrestling app, available on iPhone, Android and Roku.

The Stage is Set for ACW’s Casa de Fuego!

WhatsApp Image 2025-03-16 at 5.33.00 AM

Casa de Fuego, our All Caribbean Wrestling live show in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic is tomorrow, so tonight Gerard Bonner, one half of the ACW commentary team, got us up to speed on the lead up to the matches in our first PPV of the year!

First, Bonner gave us a recap on the issues Caprice Coleman and his son, Chayse Coleman, have been having here at All Caribbean Wrestling. From not being on the same page to Caprice feeling disrespected by his son, and vice versa, there seems to be some misunderstandings going on. It doesn’t help that Danny Limelight has taken Chayse under his wing. After calling Caprice Coleman a “fossil” to his face, the stage is set for Caprice and Chayse Coleman to face Danny Limelight and Tito Colada at Casa de Fuego!

Speaking of family, a myster was revealed as we finally find out who Cassandra Golden’s brother is! The former WWE Superstar will face Samuray del Sol, aka Kalisto tomorrow in the Dominican Republic!

Cassandra herself also has a match at Casa de Fuego: a rematch that is! She’ll take on current All Caribbean Wrestling Women’s Champ Kaylia Capri in a chance for wrestling gold. Cassandra has been dominating her opponents, could we see the title change hands this weekend in the Dominican Republic? You’ll have to be there to find out!

Bonner was interrupted by a text message, and the camera crew went backstage to find Kenny King dealing with a message and mind games from Zicky Dice. The Hero Kenny King really wants Marty Scurll, but at Casa de Fuego he’ll have to settle for Scurll’s crony Zicky Dice in singles action!

It’s all going down Sunday, March 16 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic as ACW and DWE present: Casa de Fuego! It’s sure to be fire. Then we’ll see you next Saturday on another exciting episode of Saturday Night Vibe. You can watch episodes on Tempo Network or our mobile app, available on iPhone, Android and Roku devices.
